ALL INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:
- Mudline elevations and depth of embedment. These reflect the loss of supportive mud due to erosion caused by currents, tidal action, boat traffic, and such.
- Weep Hole condition. These serve as pressure relief valves for the pressure differentials between the front and back side of the seawall.
- Construction Joints and Cracks that could allow backfill to migrate them and cause sinkholes.
- Deck and planter cracks caused by settling that would indicate sinkholes.
- Check for plumb that could indicate rotation.
- Maintenance suggestions
- List of deficiencies with suggested repairs and costs.
- Prompt eMail report of findings/repairs
